The Squire Road Master Plan will be developed through a collaborative process that moves from understanding existing conditions and market opportunities to establishing a shared vision, developing a land use, zoning, and urban design framework, and preparing recommendations and an implementation strategy. Community participation will be central throughout, helping the team understand how Squire Road works today, evaluate possibilities for its future, and shape priorities for investment and change.

 

The schedule below highlights the major phases of work and key opportunities for community participation. The process will begin with a Listen and Learn Phase, including stakeholder interviews and corridor walks, followed by an Envision and Evaluate Phase with public workshops and surveys. The process will conclude with a Refine and Develop Phase, culminating in a public open house. Engagement will occur alongside the technical work so that community input can directly inform emerging ideas and recommendations. The process will culminate in a final Master Plan that provides both a long-term vision for Squire Road and a practical roadmap for achieving it.
